Ifamcare.com Return Policy?
For products purchased directly from iFamCare's website, there is a return policy that allows the return of the product within a 30-day period following the date of shipment. To return a product, an iFamCare return material authorization (RMA) must be obtained, which can be done by contacting their Customer Service department. The product must be received by iFamCare within 10 days after issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unopened, and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. The RMA number must be included with the returned product.
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to iFamCare. If the product is returned to iFamCare without a RMA, beyond the 10 days RMA issuance period, or without proper packaging, iFamCare retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge a restocking fee.
In addition to the return policy, iFamCare offers a 365-day limited warranty for the iFamCare hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by iFamCare within the warranty period, iFamCare will either repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts or exchange the product with a new or refurbished product. These are the sole and exclusive remedies in the event of a defect. The warranty for the replacement product or part assumes the original product or one-year (365) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes the customer's property and the replaced item becomes iFamCare's property. The warranty does not extend when a product is exchanged/replaced. The warranty only starts when the first product was purchased and will end 365 days after the purchase of the original/first product. The product must be freight prepaid, in its original packaging to the specified address with furnished proof of purchase to receive warranty service. It is the customer's responsibility to backup any information, data, or other items that may have been stored on the product. iFamCare will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
