These are the sole and exclusive remedies in the event of a defect. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes the customer's property and the replaced item becomes iFamCare's property. The warranty does not extend when a product is exchanged/replaced. The warranty only starts when the first product was purchased and will end 365 days after the purchase of the original/first product. The product must be freight prepaid, in its original packaging to the specified address with furnished proof of purchase to receive warranty service. It is the customer's responsibility to backup any information, data, or other items that may have been stored on the product. iFamCare will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.
